Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Junghwa is gaining international recognition for his bold black and red tattoo work that fuses traditional oriental motifs with modern fantasy and anime influences.


His art is deeply rooted in symbolism, often featuring red rope, mythical creatures, and floral imagery, and every piece is hand-drawn and tailored to the client. If you're looking for a tattoo that combines narrative, style, and emotion, Junghwa delivers it masterfully.

Junghwa’s Journey

Junghwa began tattooing in the early 2020s, initially focused on character-based designs. After honing his skills in Seoul, he started guest spotting internationally in 2024—a move that redefined his approach and led him to studios in New York, Vancouver, Paris, Amsterdam, Melbourne, and now London.


He currently works from Highfi Studio in Seoul and is gaining attention for his cultural storytelling through tattooing.
